Just because you have a home to live doesn’t mean you can’t drool over gorgeous villas, especially when a villa looks like the ultra-luxury Santosha estate in Anguilla. Santosha estate’s name is derived from the Sanskrit word that meant comfortable. Santosha is precisely where we all want to be right now.

This excellent villa is on sale and currently listed by Ian Hurdle and Sean O’Neil of the Agency. Santosha Estate is situated on Long Bay Beach, and it’s known to be one of Anguilla’s best-kept secrets due to the beach’s privacy. The nine-bedroom ultra-luxury villa combines modern design with relaxed comfort, featuring muted colors, natural textures, and West Indian woods.

The property can accommodate 21 people comfortably, the estate has one grand villa, three guesthouses, including a luxury honeymoon hideaway, and a nanny-suite apartment.

Not only does this estate offer amazing views of the ocean, but it also has paved traces that wind through lush tropical gardens, this place surely gives some jungle vibes. The estate also has a hot tub and oceanfront pool, a well-equipped gym, basketball and tennis court, and a beach-side grotto.

Santosha Estate is listed for $16 million.

About Santosha Estate

The Grand villa in Santosha Estate spans three floors. It’s complete with multiple wrap-around verandas, four bedrooms that can accommodate 13 guests, one kitchen, a living area, and a media room.

The first floor of the guesthouse has the estate’s gym, equipped with cardio machines, indoor/outdoor shower, and weights. On the second floor, there’s a master suite that can accommodate two guests. The room has a private balcony that is facing Grand Villa.

The second guesthouse is named Ananda. It also has two floors, and each level has a master suite. The third and last guesthouse is named Chitra. It’s the property’s ultra-luxury honeymoon suite.

Well, if you can’t buy this property, don’t worry. You can rent it too; this fantastic estate is also available for rent. You can host some epic parties or family events.

If you are looking to host some big events, you can also rent its sister property on Long Bay Villa. When combined with sister property, it can comfortably accommodate 55 guests. It’s the best place to host large events, including corporate retreats and weddings in Anguilla.
